Commercial Lines Service Account Manager
Location: West Sacramento, Hybrid role
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00/hour, DOE
About the Role:
We're seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Service Account Manager to join our team. This hybrid position plays a key role in maintaining, servicing, and renewing commercial insurance policies. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, processing endorsements, and ensuring coverage accuracy - all while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Producers to process applications and coordinate with insurers to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance
Review new business, renewals, and cancellations for accuracy and alignment with client needs
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide excellent service and follow-up
Monitor and manage tasks in the agency management system to meet deadlines
Issue certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, and invoices in accordance with procedures
Communicate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other insurance professionals
Review loss runs for discrepancies and changes to premiums or reserves
Collaborate as part of a service team to meet shared performance and service goals
Perform additional related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Active California Property & Casualty License (required)
At least 5 years of experience as a CSR or in a similar role within a commercial insurance agency
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and client service skills
Comfortable with both independent work and team collaboration
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
AA degree or equivalent education preferred
